Where Users illegally, improperly or for commercial gain use the Website without the Company’s prior written approval Users will be held fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, loss, and costs including (but not limited to) legal fees incurred directly and indirectly by the Company arising from any infringement or breach by Users of these Terms and Conditions.

*2 years Free Access Service: Our service lasts for the life of your e-Visa (2 years from date of issue or until expiration of your passport, whichever is sooner).

Users are required to comply with the technical guidance provided on the Site in order to use the services offered in an optimal way.

The user acknowledges that it is solely responsible for installation, maintenance and control of the technical configuration required to connect and use the services offered by the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

The prices of products and services are displayed on the Site. For each product and the proposed payment method, price is displayed before the purchase by the user.

All costs of connection and transmission of data for the position of the user to the server Site and any other support that may be requested by access providers of electronic communications services are the responsibility of the user.

Where Users make to the Company payment of the Service Charge a contract between the Company and User is created and, such contract is subject to and governed by these Terms and Conditions.

 

Please note that in case the applicants do not fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the visa might get rejected. In such cases, the visa fees and service fees are non -refundable and applicant agrees to the same. Brazilevisa.org’s sole obligation in such cases shall only be to communicate the position of the status to applicant via email.

 

The user/visa applicant acknowledges that MOFA reserve the right to ask for further documents, information and materials to assess an application and take a decision in their own discretion. The user/visa applicant further acknowledges that the applicant understands that the grant, duration, condition/s or refusal or the time taken to process an application and grant a Brazil Visa are at the sole discretion of MOFA and their decision in this regard shall be final.

In case of non-forwarding of the application due to incomplete documents or information or any delay in the process of visa application, no correspondence will be entertained from the user/visa applicant with Brazilevisa.org and visa fees and/or service fees will not be refunded. Brazilevisa.org shall not be liable to a user/visa applicant in any manner in any of these cases.

Applicants should note that the issuance of a visa or approval of a visa application does not in any way give the applicant an automatic right to enter Brazil. Entry into Brazil is at the sole discretion of the Immigration officer at various ports of entry who is a representative of Government of Brazil. In case of denial of visa or denial of entry into Brazil by the Government of Brazil / MOFA, Brazilevisa.org shall in no way be liable to the applicant in any manner whatsoever. The visa must be accepted as offered and is non-transferable.

 

 

Copyright

All intellectual property of the Company (which shall include copyright, trademarks (whether registered or not), trade names, patents, registered designs and any automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website are the property of the Company.

By using the Website and or the Offered Service the User agrees to respect and not to infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company and, in particular, the User agrees not to copy, download, transmit, reproduce, print or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes and or gain any material contained within the Website and or the Offered Service.

The User may re-use the Company’s copyright protected material free of charge in any format for non-commercial research, private study or internal circulation subject to the material being acknowledged as the Company’s copyright and, the User must give the source document/publication.

Refund Policy

Because our Website has implemented the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) system, which allows the service to be processed immediately after paying the processing fee, without any exception we have a NO REFUND policy. The cost of the Brazil E-Visa application is non-refundable and should a duplicate E-Visa either exist or is found for the traveller(s), you will not be issued a refund.
Liability

The website, which was designed with greatest care, keeps an exclusive right as to the content of the questions. In the aim of providing a reliable service and of quality, brazilevisa.org can discretionary refuse the publication of a question. The visitors promise not to submit questions affecting public order and morale or which would concern illicit activities. The website brazilevisa.org disclaims any liability and cannot be held liable for any damage consequentially to the use of its services or of their dysfunction or of their impossibility to function. The maximum liability for any circumstance will not exceed the purchase price.

Competent Court of Justice

If a lawsuit between member and brazilevisa.org is filed, district court in the area of our main office becomes competent court if justice.

Brazil e-Visa electronic travel authorization agency is not affiliated with the Government of Brazil or the Brazil Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or any other Brazilian government agency or department. It is a commercial website that provides assistance to travelers for the processing of their e-visa documents in order to enter Brazil.
